GetHuman-245626: I have spent the better part of two days trying to get someone to switch my service from my current cell,to another Verizon cell that I have.It is unbelievable the time I have spent trying to accomplish this.I need someone from Reachout to call my number right away and remedy this problemI am waiting,and have been waiting far to long to get any kind of service today after a failed attempt earlier this afternoon that would not work because my replacement cell was low battery.PLEASE call me at ********** and help me get my replacement phone operating. it is fully charged and has been all afternoon waiting for a rep to help me. I have just sat here for two plus hours,just to have my number get close to answering,just to be told that I need to leave this message.I Am tired of this waiting just to be let down like this.Please call me back at once! thank you. mark Stuberg ***-***-****.
