~evie-grace: I only had to wait long because I called late in the afternoon. I've called early and no waiting, but this wait today was worth it, because the Customer service Rep was extremely helpful. He was so polite and fixed my problem without delay, plus it was already closing time, but he stayed on the phone with me and it took longer, because my slippery fingers couldn't remove the battery, so he had to fix it the longer way, which was an inconvenience to him, not to me, but he was polite and very sympathetic to my situation. He did not rush me, he stayed on the phone and answered every question I have and I ask a lot of questions. His name is Sean or Shaun. Any customer service rep can take lessons from him.I started thinking, it's already closing time and here he was polite and the type of person who really enjoys helping someone and you got to give credit to this young man for being so patient and fixing another persons mistake as well as mine.
