~RhondaD: I subscribed to Real Simple Mag. in Sept. ****. When I had not received an issue by end of December I called. They had keyed in the wrong address, apologized & expedited my subscription. One month later, no magazines. I called again, AGAIN someone keyed in the wrong address - when I corrected the address, I was told my *st mag. wld arrive in MARCH?! I requested her to expedite - She said she cld not. When I asked to speak with her supervisor she expedited and promised I would receive Feb. issue - when she read back my address - she had ZIP CODE WRONG?! I corrected her error and am HOPING to see my first magazine soon!
