~REI IS A SCAM: This is truly one of the worst companies on the planet. Their customer service is the worst I have ever received. Their membership system is a complete scam. Stay away from this company at all costs! Additionally you will always be able to save money shopping elsewhere.

~REI IS A SCAM: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~REI IS A SCAM: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
