~MLJZ: My husband bought me a robe from Red Envelope and had it monogrammed. It was a horribly made product. I called to see what they would do and they refused to do anything. I told them that I couldn't believe that they were willing to sell bad products and leave customers unhappy with their purchases. I asked to speak to the supervisor and the rep said that there was no use as they would say the same thing. I will never shop there again
