GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Redbox customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~amberd910: Best time to chat is late at night*early morning when there are not a lot of people demanding a $*.** credit from RedBox. The two times I've chatted with CS have been quick, efficient, and provided a resolution to my satisfaction. Example had * discs already * day overdue and slammed with a surprise snowstorm. Couldn't get out for * days since husband had the flu and I was trying to take care of him and our son. The movies ended up being returned on the *th rental day! Imagine those charges.....so long story short a quick chat to RedBox explaining why they were so late and viola...credits placed on my account for * free DVD or BluRay rentals. No I didn't get money back nor did I ask for it. It was my fault for returning them all late but the chat rep took into consideration the amount of movies we rent and the history we've used RedBox and she*he was able to provide a type of compensation which was more than I could have asked for. I've never waited more than *-* minutes either to be c

~amberd910: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Redbox's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~amberd910: For that I would say four out of five.
