~Keyanna Williams: This is the worse. I'm from Massachusetts. I got a ticket from here and I paid it. Now there telling me I have to reinstate my license there. I never lived in Rhode. Island in my life. So now Massachusetts will not let me reinstate my license here and this is where its most needed. I have children its cold and I'm very frustrated.
