GetHuman-342689: I called Humana, then transferred to Rightsource.(it's usually quicker)*Now we have to mail a hard copy script for controlled substances- NO more faxing order sheets from the doctor.!!*They will not ship medication until they have a credit card number. They used to bill me , but all the dead beat payers screwed it for us all! - I would "never" give this company a credit card number.*Due to bad past experiences, screwed up, slow or lost orders. And they do not advise you of any of these new changes until you attempt to place an order. I made a mistake *joining Rightsource RX, I will be looking for an alternative company !!!!
