~Pissed off Diabetic: I have spoken to RightSource on at least three different occasions about the exact same problem. They have sent me my insulin, but no needles to take my insulin, and no strips to test my sugar to tell if I need to take my insulin. All three times I have called them and they respond saying that my Doctor has not sent in files via fax, and each time my doctor sends the files in again. She has sent the files three times, and still all I have is some vials of insulin and nothing to take it with. AND after all this, they say I have an outstanding charge of $***. How the **** can I have a charge of $*** when I haven't gotten anything that I need yet? I am taking myself off this company's service and going to Walmart to get my prescriptions instead. I've had to wait there, but only for an hour or so. I've been waiting for three months on RightSourceRX
