~Pete: I called to get some prices and info on how to obtain diabetic supplies. I was getting my generic prescriptions from Walmart. The customer rep told me I could get all of these free of charge through RSrx. I reminded him I was in the gap, but he said it didn't matter. About a week later I received some meds and a bill. I called, they said it wasn't free because I was in the gap. I told them what I had been told (they said the call was recorded and that they would review it). Their solution? They let me send the meds back. Yes, they were being nice and let me return the meds. Well, I filled a greivance and * months later it's still open. The customer reps can't tell me a thing, I get the run around when I'm forwarded to others. **The service and the system for obtaining meds is lousy. Stick with a local service where you deal with people face to face.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Right Source RX. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Right Source RX problem?
~Pete: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Pete: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Right Source RX's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Pete: For that I would say one out of five.

~Pete: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Right Source RX to know who you are.
