~toots: TERRIBLE SERVICE..I fail to see why Humana has a drug company if it show up this badly for their company.*I called in a blood pressure med. on a.m. They needed to contact my Dr. for refills. ok..Wed Next was message to call my Dr. because they didn't reach him. Next was a call if it was ok to ship it...yes...that same afternoon was a call saying the Dr. had not contacted them????? WHAAAT??*My husband..same day had * refills available three days ago when called in now they have kept calling to say they can't reach the Dr. for refills. WHAT ON EARTH IS GOING ON THERE????*The service used to be great but they have gone to the bottom of the hill I NO time!!!
