~Kathleen Hart: Well it finally happened to me. I have been a customer for a long time, never had a problem, everything was taken care of in a timely manner. I could never understand the negative reviews from their customers. I had two prescriptions. One was incorrect no matter how hard I tried to tell the agent the correct info. Still wrong. Sent a replacement, never received. Next order quoted a price and I agreed to that amount. They placed the order with a $**.** increase. Never asking me to authorize the increase. I asked them to correct the order immediately. They said it was impossible. I was not sure what was going on, so I had to have the prescription filled at a local pharmacy. *Spent double $$ for one prescription. Still do not know if they are filling it. I am surprised, as I have always received satisfactory service. One more thing. Thier labels are impossible to read. My elderly Mother cannot read the small print. She can read Walgreens and CVS. I have to take care of her medications fr
