~DPB: I have had Rx coverage with Humana about * months now & have ordered my meds through Right Source, which has been an on going stressful process since day one. My first order was a total disaster & I had to call numerous times & each time I was given different information from each customer service rep. I ended up going to my local pharmacy to get the meds because I had ran out before they finally got the order correct & sent it out. Most recently, I encountered a problem with another Rx refill regarding the price. I have called numerous times & each time I have received different & conflicting information from each customer service rep. I even spoke with a supervisor who seemed to be even more confused & less knowledgeable than the customer service reps, not to mention that she did not even have the time or the patience to deal with me, & was not even willing to try to resolve the discrepancy. The issue has not been resolved & I was basically told in so many words that they did not ca

~DPB: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~DPB: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Right Source RX's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~DPB: For that I would say three out of five.
