~hickory: The automated system for Right Source is really off the wall, and I am so sorry I signed up for Humana's drug plan which uses Right Source. Today was the "best" - I picked up the phone and an automated voice asked me to verify who I was. Once that was done, it told me they had been trying to contact my doctor about my medication and wanted my help contacting him since he wasn't answering. They did not say which doctor or which mediction. I copied down the number that I was told to give to my doctor. After I hung up, I tried calling that number and received an automated message identical to the one I had just listened to. So I went to the computer, looked up the Right Source number, was transferred a few times (always happens) and finally reached someone who could tell me which doctor and which medication.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Right Source RX. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Right Source RX problem?
~hickory: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~hickory: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Right Source RX's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~hickory: For that I would say one out of five.
