GetHuman-248911: I am usually a positive person although I have many age related aches and pains, but when I wake up in the morning feeling depressed, worrying about all the time I have to spend talking to people at Rightsource who have no clue to communicate-there are rare exceptions and those need to be placed into management, I know something is really wrong!*One of my meds needed a new script. I saw the family doctor, she assured me that the meds were all renewed for * year, I waited and waited for my order. Rightsource called "your Dr. needs to fax the prescription" and here I was, just where I started. The Ma at the doctor's office faxed it and then I get the same thing again from Rightsource "we can't process your order". the last time the MA called them they said my order was sent and I reported it lost. A complete lie! It was a medication I really needed!*I believe that Rightsource trains people for a low wage job and it shows, time after time.*I am giving up after * tries with them! Halleluhj
