~Patient but now disappointed.: I am very disappointed. Upon first speaking with a customer service rep she was very nice in knowing that I would need to speak with a manager about my problem. I spoke with the manager who promised to call me back or send an email after problem solving my concern. That did not happen. I called back the next day and left another message for that manager still not getting a response. I would consider myself to be very patient especially in this busy season however no response is unexceptable. I am sure that I would not order products again from Ritz, Now I am questioning if I should even order prints.
