GetHuman-322839: This company does not have good follow through with keeping to their promises. I order over $*** of photo gifts for my family members- notably gifts with pictures from our June wedding- seemed like the perfect gift to brighten the Christmas New Year with fond memories of the most important piblic event of our life. Far from a good idea. Today is January *th almost * month from purchase date of December **th, and I have still not received the gifts. I called and emailed and no follow up from the company after several tries. First of all they should have notified me about this, but to not even receive a call*email back with information about my order is very unprofessionally sound. They promised the order would come last Friday and email confirmation- still neither. Bad business. Now I need to call my credit card company to report this for a refund. Do not order from Ritzpix!! Ordered a calendar las year and picked up in stores unread out pretty nice. Now I wouldn't do business with them
