GetHuman-353154: Nasty, rude, unhelpful, hung up on me. Seems they only have one rude person on at a time. not communicative or sympathetic. They are behind in their processing, their online status was wrong (said printed and shipped) but I didn't receive it yet. They said their status reports are wrong and they couldn't give me an update, when I queried further she actually hung up on me.
