~Nancy: I have been a faithful customer of Roamans and its affiliates since **** and even though the customer service sometimes was not great it was not as horrible as it was today. I hope the call was being recorded because Julie and Eileen were the most unprofessional agents I have ever talked to to the point that Eileen was laughing at me and not letting me get a word in edgewise. I really that would not want anyone else to go through this experience so that is why I finally had it and needed to let someone know about this customer experience.
