GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/24/17?
GetHuman-willifo: Ian very upset with Roamans, I got a *X shirt that in any other department store would be a * or *x. I called and the guy told me that their sizing is different that any other store and that I should have looked at their size chart before ordering! I have never found any store that has their sizes way off of the normal store. I also could not exchange for free because I used PayPal . He told me that most people are so excited about buying their clothes that they don't look close enough to see a disclosure. I'm telling everyone, this store *****! Their customer service and policies are terrible! I'm not going to buy from them again. They really don't care about good customer. I've worked telephone customer service and we were told "the customer is always right, all I got out of my dealings with Roamans is "the customer is stupid and don't pay attention so it's their fault". I was in tears and I felt like I had been kicked in the gut and was humiliated. Thanks Roamans for treating a long time customer so bad!
