GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Rockauto customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~mtm: Avoid RockAuto!!! RockAuto had five Bosch spark plugs in stock. I ordered * on Saturday morning. The following Monday, quite late in the afternoon, I received a phone call message telling me that they didn't have any in stock and it would be a five day delay to order, or I could cancel the order. I called back and was told that it would be a two day delay but I had to order ** of them or cancel the order. I cancelled. Their web site still shows the * plug remaining in stock. So I lost * days before I ordered from Monarch Products on Tuesday. I will received the plugs on Friday. DON'T USE ROCKAUTO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
