~Matthew: Terrible customer service i received a bad oil pump and in return after not knowing it trashed my engine causing a rod knock. And yet they tell me sorry theres nothing we can do for you. What a joke. I will never order from rock auto again. I will spread the word to everyone i know.

~Matthew: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Matthew: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Rockauto's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Matthew: For that I would say one out of five.
