~kicked to the curb: will not accept fact that one shoe has factory defect..took back to store where purchased they felt rockport was at fault but could not help with resolution to problem...manager said"you have been kicked to the curb by their reply"and advised I try agai I did and they directed me to the retail store..calling corporate was also useless they said retail store should adjust the issue..end result nothing done
