~genisis715: The service I received from the second rep that assisted me was great. Unfortunately the answer I received was not so helpful. Essentially something happened when I swapped over from PS* to PS* that put me in the Bad Sport lobby for *M**D or so and they can't fix it. This is ridiculous as I was not in BS in PS*. They told me to do good things on the game and I'd come out of it after I work off the time. That's insane as it would take forever. What a waste of my money upgrading this to PS*. For a billion dollar company to lack control of their own game and ability to fix issues is sad at best.

~genisis715: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~genisis715: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Rockstar Games's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~genisis715: For that I would say two out of five.
