~Anonymous: The customer service is extremely inconsistent. The trick is calling back till you get a rep rep that is knowledgeable and actually cares about clients. I spent ** minutes on the phone near tears with one girl, and she terminated the conversation because we were going in circles, but when I called back the next gentleman resolved my problem in less that * minutes! His customer services and communication skills were excellent, but what set him apart was his knowledge of the product and ability to comprehensively explain it to me.
