~Tish: I was trying to get a refund. Turns out I had simply forgotten to email my deactivation codes to them (but I had typed the deactivation codes into the website). He processed the refund in about * - * minutes for me and informed me it should show up in my bank within * - ** days.

~Tish: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Tish: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Rosetta Stone's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Tish: For that I would say two out of five.
