~genene: Had this number not been available ( though it was not easy to locate on the internet), I would not have been able to track my shipment to be delivered today. Though it would have been nice had the rep. been able to give me an estimated time of delivery and could not as she said the driver had to make his first delivery before they would get further updates other than his departure time.

~genene: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about SAIA Inc.'s ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~genene: For that I would say two out of five.
