GetHuman-374496: Every month I go through the same ****. I try to make a payment via automated system and it does not work. It hangs up on me and when I give my debit info it says not valid hangs up and then put on hold.. I just called tonight at **:**pm and says now I am cancelled because you go by Eastern time really where does it say that in my policy??? after I tried making my payment twice last week but didn't have time to sit on phone.. and then you raise my rate on top of all this over one hour your time not my time... I've had insurance with you people for years and never have I filed a claim. I think you owe me. I will be looking for another insurance company unless you make this right and fix your dang system so peeps can make a payment!!!
