~stillwaiting: GetHuman worked. Safelink guy helped in one way- he cancelled my current application so I can try to apply online AGAIN!! Lost my phone * months ago- couldn't find a way to notify them. Started all over April **th. Website info doesn't match phone info doesn't match next phone info. Last phone guy gave me incorrect info to apply. Frustrated beyond belief. Grateful for idea of phone, but this process REALLY *****.
