GetHuman-adragon: Do not appreciate that U.S. program is outsourced to India, I could not understend Rep. Also Short text is supossedly not offered, Many employers use short text *'s to set up interviews. Not having this option limits job applications.Internet ???

GetHuman-adragon: I also had trouble understanding rep. This U.S. program should support U.S. JOBS! It should also support short text, many businesses use short text to set up interviews.
