~Angry Taxpayer: I keep getting calls from Safelink to call and get my free minutes--but never signed up for their service. I pay my own charges! I don't want free minutes, I don't need them, and don't want the taxpayers to pay for them. It is seemingly impossible to quit the service once they get your number. Our government is charging the taxpayers for these phones and one cannot quit the system even if they try.

~Angry Taxpayer: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Angry Taxpayer: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
