~fedup: I've been calling them for * days about a number change. Now my phone doesn't work at all, and after calling * times in one day, absolutely nothing has changed. Safelink needs a tech support based in the USA, and consisting of people who know how to do something besides read a script, put you on hold, and tell you to turn your phone off for an hour and then turn it back on.
