~Rilla: Unfortunately I could not understand a word the Customer Rep said due to his dialect and accent. I gave him my acct* which didn't matter bc he ended up asking for all my verification info anyway and then he gave me my acct * back telling me to write it down! I gave it to him! Then he gives me another phone number to call bc he couldn't help me anyway! HORRIBLE.
