~Anonymous: Didn't receive my min. on *st as I usually do. Called and found person very difficult. Was told that I was supposed to "reactivate" my phone. Could not give me a reason why was "de"activated. Explained I had *** more service days on my phone. Ignored me when I questioned about the days. Gave me a phone * to call to reactivate. Well,I was disconnected. I have * cell min. left and no resolution. I will try this number but, I believe it is the same one I called. Had to use another person's phone. Was going to go w* Assurance but they seem even worse.

~Anonymous: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.

~Anonymous: For that I would say two out of five.
