(This may not be the option you wanted but it will get you on hold for a live person) then just keep saying representative, after the automated system trying to get a number from you and not being able to "understand" you... it will place you in queue for the live rep. What a HEADACHE this automated system is!! Even when it says it will transfers you to a rep, it ends up hanging up on you without xfer.
