~rhonell williams: i can not get my free minutes! i call ** times !when i do get customer service i still did not get my free minutes ! the customer service persons are always very very nice !!! but the service is horrible !!!! i kept my old number got the Sim card but no minutes it been * weeks ! i get no rep.answer !just call all these numbers nobody pick up !!!!!!
