~Hire Americans--Anonymous: quality of service and communication should have an option for deplorable*unacceptable. You finally wait ** minutes to get to a human and then you cannot understand them and they either play dumb or do not understand English. This is an English speaking country and deserve help in our language. I waited * *** months for my replacement phone then it took another * days to get help activating it and then they still did not give me the minutes from my previous phone that was supposed to have been done before I got the phone. These recordings need to give you the option to speak to a representative at any time. GET IT TOGETHER if you want to stay in business!!! This LG phone I got is substandard!!!!
