GetHuman-163712: this episode of trying to get help with my phone was so bad that it was borderline funny. the generic answers I got from your people were so bad that I was telling him what he was going to tell me before he had a chance to say them.the best one was when he said he couldn't contact another department in his own company. that's kinda like a cashier at walmart not being able to contact the produce dept. I really hope you did record my phone call so you can see how f%$*ed up your so called customer service is. I realize how hard it can be to deal with the public can be,but try playing phone tag with a computer for * and a half hours and getting nothing not to mention the **** minutes I burned up to get nothing fixed. my minutes are limited monthly. it would be cool to talk to a real person with authority to explain my situation. my name is terry my number is *** *** ****
