~duftal: it goes straight into voicemail which says "reps are helping other services" and then a beep and then nothing. Tried again and again, randomly hit *, a woman picked it up, and she forwarded me to a customer rep, offcourse, her voice mail was on. I left a message. So no real person. Very poor professional job. Basically worthless service center. you get zero for this.
