GetHuman-16177: I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR PURCHASE A SAMSUNG PRODUCT EVER EVER AGAIN.* months I have been dealing with you idots and because of your lack of concern my refrigerator and as a result is ruined my floor and now its ruining my basement ceiling, which is now falling down which is by my fuse box. I also have black mold on my * year old kitchen floor and it is now coming up and cracking. I HOPE YOUR COMPANY GO BANKRUPT. I DISCOURAGE EVERYONE WHO WILL LISTEN FROM BUYING YOUR PIECES OF **** PRODUCTS
