~mountain treasures: I purchased a refrigerator and dishwasher from Samsung in November, ****. Both were defective and six months later I still don't have a working dishwasher and my damaged refrigerator hasn't been repaired or replaced. This had been a customer service nightmare with no end in sight. I will never purchase another Samsung product.
