~E Neelly: I stumbled upon this website and thought that I would give it a try as I was having trouble contacting Samsung. I called the number that was provided and literally waited no longer than a minute before a customer service rep picked up the call. He was very helpful and advised me that it would be cheaper to get a new television than it would be to have mine repaired. I would believe that to be true as it got zapped during a recent electrical storm over the weekend. I have always had good service from my Samsung products and will continue my relationship with the company.

~E Neelly: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~E Neelly: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Samsung's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~E Neelly: For that I would say four out of five.
