GetHuman-184498: Samsung Customer Service is the worst I have ever dealt with. It is going on * months that I am waiting for a replacement TV. Everytime I call, noone has done anything yet. I am put on hold repeatedly and only get empty promises about someone following up and getting back to me. Time and time again Samsung tells me to give them **-** hours. I do that only to be told it will be another **-** hours. The employees are not well trained and are essentially worthless. I will never buy anything from Samsung again and will advise anyone I know not to do so either.
