~pmjp88: bought a stove which had different depth measurements than was on the spec sheet from the website. A *" difference, which resulted in having someone to move a gas pipe, electric box , ripe up tile and the floor. and put a hole in my wall. I was told there was nothing they would do for me to recup the cost of all that.* I have canceled the order for a Samsung Frige. Very poor customer relations. NEVER again Samsung. informing Consumer reports!!!

~pmjp88: For that I would say three out of five.
