~kq: Cannot get through to your phone line at all. My service is out and have no a*c and the weather is over *** degrees. I also can not get into my car to drive to a place with a*c and internet to do my work. I'm just trying to find out an estimated time that it will be fixed. I have no phone, internet, but most importantly a*c and I'm on the *rd floor. It's extremely hot.
