GetHuman-267588: I supposedly ordered a ** week Sunday subscription that included e-edition access.*After * weeks of receiving the Sunday paper, I still did not have e-access.*I e-mailed the chronicle and was told my account would be activated. It was not.*I had to call customer service twice and talk with incredibly irritating, clearly "offshore" personnel, reading from an annoying script, to finally get access.*THEN I got an e-mail from the Chronicle telling me that I was automatically going to be re-upped for more weeks, at a very expensive price. When I e-mailed to complain about this and clarify I did NOT wish to renew, I got no response. Meanwhile, I called "customer service" again and was subjected to an involuntary survey. And a computer told me "money was due" when I have not even received my ** weeks of the paper yet.*Service is a "non concept" with these people.I am sorry I ever got involved with them.
