~scammed again: Refund is pending!!!! I called back within two days and they have no record!!! I got charged **.** for something I didn't want or need!!! If they do this to everybody that checks their score they are making millions of fraudulent money!!!

GetHuman: And what about ScoreSense's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~scammed again: For that I would say two out of five.

~scammed again: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for ScoreSense to know who you are.
