GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's ScoreSense customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Anonymous: The company did not answer three different phone numbers all day claiming technical difficulties. A minus ** on total lack of ANY CUSTOMER Service and or concern. They do not have an e-mail address. I was going to cancel a trial membership and I would not recommend this Co. to a dog!! Their complete and total negligence of it customers speaks for itself, they are not worth doing business with and if you do, you will likely regret it. This is probably a deliberate ploy to unjustly bill customers for a service they do not want, but can not cancel. I consider this Company to be a total Rip off and a scam, for talking out of both side of their mouth. How can you cancel anytime as they claim when they do not answer their phone and there is no e-mail address. This is a very Unfair and unethical business practice, that is totally UNSATISFACTORY!!

~Anonymous: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Anonymous: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about ScoreSense's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anonymous: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other ScoreSense customers?
~Anonymous: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for ScoreSense to know who you are.
