~jeannette: I have been waiting for over * hour so far, this is the third day that I have tried contacting the Sea World customer service dept and still no one answers. I have emailed as well and so far, nothing.*Why anyone supports a theme park that makes billions of dollars by keeping marine animals confined to small tanks & have them perform tricks is beyond my comprehension!!!

~jeannette: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sea World's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~jeannette: For that I would say three out of five.
