GetHuman-146658: when I purchased my annual pass I payed every month until complete payments, well this was not so, they continued to charged my account and for a whole year they only honerd three payments. the rep. was completely trained well in inforcing that only out of curtesy *payments was going to be their curtesy... WOW I did not step in to Sea World at all during this year.

GetHuman-146658: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.

GetHuman-146658: For that I would say four out of five.
